Here are some photos from the first Living Fierce in person retreat. Primrose Studio offered such a beautiful spot for all the ladies to go deep and connect with some emotions and one another in person. I am so grateful for our time together.

We had another powerful healing circle on Saturday. Everyone shared photos of their younger selves and wrote letters to them. This evolving business is hard work and so worth it! Creating the container for the Breathwork journey can be so powerful. I

I believe that our rage is a sign of our hope. One of the most valuable ways I know to honor our sacred rage is compassion. Compassion for others but most importantly ourselves.
